Richmond Community College is an open-door, comprehensive, public, two-year college and member institution of the North Carolina Community College System, where faculty and staff seek to provide every student with an opportunity to obtain the necessary knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to achieve personal, academic, and career goals. The mission of Richmond Community College, therefore, is to provide quality educational opportunities and community services, to offer workforce training and retraining, and to support economic development within a learning centered environment.
