R. N. Smith Heating and Cooling has been in operation since 1922 and is a fourth generation family-owned business. The company has 26 skilled employees and serves over 10,000 customers in the Lancaster and surrounding areas. Employees of R. N. Smith are trained to D.I.R.T. F.T. (Do it right the first time) and to also satisfy all the requests of our customers. R.N. Smith has expanded over the years and the company focuses on new construction, light commercial, water heaters, replacement and repair of any brand of heating and cooling units . The company only sells the best products with warranty’s on every item. With 25 vehicles ranging from large trucks to fuel efficient cars we can do almost any job. The company works off of a 24 hour return call rate which gives us a goal to get back with our customers in a timely and professional manner. A new warehouse, shop, and office facility was opened in 2004. The company recently added on an additional building to help organization. This allows our company to stock supplies to get jobs finished faster, and to install products for customers in a much faster manner.
