REDD (Risk Event-Driven and Distressed) is an online information platform that provides intelligence and data on emerging market corporates. The service allows asset managers and advisors to assess risks, track potential market-moving events and identify trading or business opportunities in the distressed and high yield markets via a suite of web-based and mobile solutions. REDD was founded in October 2013 by Manhattan and Silicon Valley based partners with the idea of combining the latest web-based technology with emerging markets financial intelligence and data. The company launched its first platform covering Latin America corporates in March 2014. REDD's market-recognized team of journalists and analysts is based out of New York and Singapore.
