Property Facility Services Pte Ltd (PFS) began as a Property & Facility Management arm of Colliers International Property Consultants in 1964. The RSP Group of Companies acquired the entire equity of the company and subsequently renamed it as Property Facility Services Pte Ltd. PFS is one of Singapore’s largest and most established property and facility management companies with some 150 projects under management. We have successfully expanded our Operational footprints overseas in U.A.E (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), Qatar, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), China (Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xiamen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong), Laos (Vientiane), Cambodia (Phnom Penh) and East Malaysia.
