Most of Povaddo’s business is generated from doing primary opinion research outside of the United States – surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews. We execute most of these projects using in-house resources, from trained moderators to online survey programming tools. We are a firm that specializes in communications research rather than traditional market research. In other words, we help organizations tell their story to various audiences and stakeholders. Issues management and message development/testing are the bread-and-butter of what we do for our clients when it comes to research. Rather than doing one-off research projects, clients get the most strategic value from Povaddo when they engage with us on an ongoing, long-term basis. By having this extended seat at the table, Povaddo is able to assist clients with the mechanics of communications and strategy, from collaborating on messaging to developing full communications plans.
