We do this through three brands and core business areas: Performance Education delivers Professional Year programs, a Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIPB) initiative, to help improve the employment outcomes for international Accounting and IT students. We were one of the first providers to be accredited in 2008; today we are one of the largest and most respected Professional Year providers in Australia and have since helped 12,500 Professional Year students. Performance Careers is responsible for our WIL (Internship) and Career Skills Training programs. With 11,000 interns placed in 3,500 host companies in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, we are one of Australia’s leading Work Integrated Learning providers. Our team of 24 WIL specialists have extensive experience in recruitment, internship placements and career coaching. Readygrad is a market leader in employability training programs for graduate and undergraduate students. We partner with universities, schools, colleges and professional associations to build student employability through a range of face-to-face and online programs with an employer perspective. Our programs have been delivered to more than 6,000 students across 15 universities and other education providers. Our campuses are in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
