Peck

Founded in 1883 in Milan by Franz Peck, a salumi maker from Prague, Peck is one of the most renowned high level food&wine companies and a well-known brand in the European high-end food and restaurant market. The flagship store in Milan, now located in via Spadari 9, offers gourmet products, cold cuts and cheese, pasta and sauces, preserved vegetables, pastries and gelato, fruits and vegetables, tea and coffee, besides 3000 wines and spirits. Behind the sumptuous scenes Peck is a cheese and salami maker, an artisan fresh pasta lab, a deli food kitchen, an artisan pastry and gelato lab, reaching top quality standards. Ristorante Al Peck (on the first floor of via Spadari) and Peck Italian Bar & Restaurant (in the close street via Cesare Cantù) are directed by Executive Chef Matteo Vigotti. In 2015, it managed the restaurant and catering services of the Italy Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 under the name of Peck a Palazzo Italia. Peck has been present abroad for 40 years; now it counts 24 corners within Takashimaya department stores, and a store and restaurant in Seoul, South Korea, was opened in 2014.
