Everything began in 1992 with 200 glasses and plates, 50 sets of tables and benches, 200 cushioned chairs and a great vision. At a time, when the Dutch breweries decided to just sell beer and to no longer hire out the furniture used by guests, Joris Bomers had the idea of renting out furniture and equipment for events. He skipped across the German border to set up the current headquarters of the Party Rent company in the North Rhine-Westphalia town of Bocholt. It was supposed to be the beginning of an impressive growth process. In 2001, Joris Bomers opted for the franchise model in order to facilitate strategic growth.The independent entrepreneurs worked with their heart and minds at the owner-managed locations. 18 additional offices throughout Europe later, and Party Rent is the significant event equipment provider, and, besides Germany and France, is also represented in Luxembourg, Scandinavia and Austria. With a decentralised structure and represented in almost every agglomeration, we can provide a reliable service with short distribution channels and can accompany your event with flexibility, at all times.
