One HealthTech

One HealthTech is a network that supports and promotes women and other underrepresented groups in health innovation. We acknowledge and champion the need and importance for better inclusion of all backgrounds, skill sets and disciplines in health and technology. We believe that different perspectives must be given a greater role in healthcare design, in order to build a health system that works for everyone. What we do OHT supports the health and care community through education, mentorship, promoting the positive effects of inclusion in technology, encouraging broader participation at meetings and events, and championing diversity in leadership. We offer a range of activities including: hosting regional events, a mentor programme for members, support for entrepreneurs and helping secure speaker and thought-leader opportunities. Healthtech encompasses a broad range of specialities and disciplines, spanning technology, design, medicine, business, research and many more. Our events have looked at virtual reality, securing investment in healthtech startups, disrupting clinical trials and artificial intelligence in health. Our members Since establishing our network (as HealthTech Women in late 2015), the network has grown to over 11,000 members across 6 regional hubs in the UK.
