In the year 1994, the company Became the SOLE Agent of FURUKAWA ROCK DRILL, company in EGYPT. On AUGUST 1997, the company became the SOLE Agent of DAEWOO heavy Indestries. Heading to a higher growth rate and targeting to increase sales volume and market share of the company in the Egyptian market. in the year 2001, the company became joint stock company, subject to law no.159 of 1981, holding the name of Otrac heavy equipment
