Metro Parent

Metro Parent Magazine was established in 1986. Over the years we have added new publications, including Pink + Blue, Fun Guide and Big Book of Schools. In 1999, we launched B.L.A.C. Detroit Magazine (formerly African American Family Magazine), a life-style publication for Detroit’s Black families. Our objective is to enhance the quality of life for families in southeast Michigan by providing information about themselves and our ever-changing world. This is achieved through our print publications, on-line presence, our events marketing and other community outreach programs.
