Lead For Ghana

Lead For Ghana is a leadership development and network organization curating a nationwide movement of solution-driven leaders expanding educational opportunities to all children in Ghana. We recruit Ghana's most promising recent university graduates and young professionals from varied disciplines to lead and learn from underserved communities through a highly selective, two-year teaching fellowship. The Lead For Ghana fellowship is an experiential leadership development program that equips fellows to effect change in teaching practice, school culture, and educational outcomes in the communities we serve. After the fellowship, alumni of the program build on their community and classroom teaching experience to drive long-term systemic changes in the educational sector in Ghana as they progress into leadership roles in their varied private and public sector professions.
