Laya Yoga Studio

Laya essentially means to dissolve all Karmic patterns or conditioning and merge into the transcendental reality. It also means deep concentration and making in effort to obliterate the ego, thereby rising to a higher state of consciousness, called Turiya. Laya Yoga Studio offers the following range of classes: Private Yoga Classes Couples Classes Meditations Headstand (Sirsasan) Pranayam (Breathing) In addition, our facilities include a Yoga Studio, Meditation Studio, Relaxation Room (Tea Room), Library, and Sauna. We also have an in-house massage specialist which performs custom style massages in our meditation room by appointment only.
