Latrobe Community Health Service

Latrobe Community Health Service is a charitable community-based health care provider. Our primary service area is Gippsland in regional Victoria, Australia, but we also provide Local Area Coordination services for the National Disability Insurance Scheme in the Central Highlands, and provide aged care services in the Hume and Grampians areas as well as the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne. We have sites in Melbourne, Ballarat, Warragul, Wonthaggi, Moe, Morwell, Churchill, Traralgon, Sale and Bairnsdale. Our vision: Better health, Better lifestyles, Stronger communities
