CULTIVATING CREATIVITY THROUGH EDUCATION OF THE VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS. Lancaster Creative Factory is a non-profit arts organization with a mission to cultivate creativity through education of the visual arts and crafts. We strive to create an environment that facilitates personal growth and self-expression, providing affordable and accessible programs, including classes, workshops and community projects. LCF's ArtSmart is an innovative art program for underserved children, dedicated to offering art opportunities in an effort to: • Provide arts education to underserved children • Encourage the use of art as a tool for recovery • Support volunteering and service. ArtSmart operates under the umbrella of Lancaster Creative Factory and was chosen program of the year at Lancaster’s Youth Intervention Center for both 2010 and 2011.
