Industry Fund Services (IFS) was created in 1994 by profit for-member superannuation services to provide specialist services to industry super funds. Today, IFS partners with some of the largest profit-for-member superannuation funds in the country to offer services that meet the changing needs of our clients and their members. IFS has three principal business units: • Our Unpaid Superannuation team who recover superannuation contributions from employers who are behind with their payments. IFS is the only organisation providing this bespoke service to superannuation trustees. • Our Advice Solutions team, who support superannuation funds to provide high quality compliant financial advice to their members. IFS is the leader in the provision of licensee services to not for profit superannuation funds, and has robust systems to ensure the advice provided to super fund members is not only highly valued by the member, but is provided efficiently and in accordance with all regulatory settings. • Our Insurance Solutions business that supports trustees with their insurance needs, and works with small and medium sized businesses to secure general insurance IFS’ success is built on three foundations – our aligned ownership, integrity and deep expertise.
