The founders, some of the Honourable personalities from the corporate, Government and academic, understood the disconnect in the education system and also anticipated the leadership needs of the discrepant yet emerging Asian economies. They recognised that the rapidly changing business world would require young leaders who not only have an understanding of the global perspective but who also contribute towards inclusive growth.
