Homeppl creates financial inclusion. We qualify consumers for financial products and guarantees their rent.We do this by using its unique technology: machine learning, an instant decision engine and fraud detection tools. All this allows us to approve 96% of tenants and catch 100% of fraud. Essentially, we let people rent on fair terms, while protecting landlords against fraud or default. We offer a range of products for both agencies, Build to Rent and online marketplaces, as well as tenants. This includes a tenant qualification platform and a guarantor service. We are a Techstars Barclays alumnus, backed by the best VCs in the UK, including Ascension Ventures and Fair By Design.
