President and founder Karen Duhamel applies over 20 years of executive human resource experience gained from Marketing and Technology firms. Karen works with clients requiring her unique background on specialized searches. She holds MBA and BSBA degrees in Human Resources and Psychology. Karen understands internal corporate dynamics and the need to make the right decision. The HR Associates team applies experience from marketing, technology and human resources. Each recruiter has strong personal discipline, extraordinary people reading skills, and is naturally driven to find those who stand out amongst their peers.
