Western Florida Lighting Inc. was founded in 1980 and has been a manufactures representative for commercial and industrial lighting and lighting controls product since the beginning. In 2012 Western Florida Lighting, Orlando and the other two territories of WFLI saw a need to have dedicated inside staff as well as the outside sales staff in the respective markets so we became separate companies in order to better serve the local industry. Since we became our own company in 2012 we have seen tremendous growth in sales and team members. In January of 2022 Western Florida Lighting, Orlando made the decision to change our name to Florida Lighting Associates (FLA) to differentiate ourselves and to have a more appropriate name since we are located in Central and East Florida. The company still has the same awesome people and the same great manufacturers as before.
