We are focussed on heating buildings effectively with wood and providing a good service to our network and the end user, not merely on margins. We train in the UK. Backup and support is from our heating engineers to yours, again in the UK, ensuring that they are speaking each other's language. Innovation We make your job easier by innovating to provide better, quicker, safer solutions to common tasks as well and to keep up to date with new building practises. Tech Stock is held in the UK with predictive, look-ahead, systems in place to try to ensure that what you need is either in stock, or is on a low lead time. We also supply all the specialist parts needed for the job which you can't just get at your local merchant. This includes chimney, system controls, valves and thermal stores. Family Working with our dealers and installers is an honour. We consider it very much a synergy: we all learn from, and develop new techniques and ideas together. We work in the same way with our suppliers, developing new features or product lines together. Marketing We actively market to home and business owners in a variety of ways. Often the the basics of the systems will have been explained, a heat load calc completed and discussion on suitable solutions taken place before we put a potential customer and dealer in touch with each other.
