Fairway Homecare is a proactive, forward thinking organisation that aims to push the boundaries in terms of imagination, creativity and quality of care delivery. Fairway Homecare supplies to the NHS, Support Workers to Adults, Children and Young People with Complex Needs ranging from (but no limited to) Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Brain Injury, Spinal Injury and Drugs and Alcohol Rehabilitation. Fairway Homecare also offers Care Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses for Social Companionship, Personal Care, Respite Care and Palliative Care. Our service extends far beyond supplying staff. We can arrange activities, education and can organise accommodation as and when necessary. Working closely with our sister company Fairway Training, we are able to create and deliver bespoke courses tailor made to an individual Service Users requirements.
