Expressbank

"Expressbank" Open Joint Stock Company has been operating from 1989 to 2010 as "Azərnəqliyyatbank" Open Joint Stock Company. There were significant changes, including organizational structure taken place in 2008. In accordance with the decision of General Meeting of Shareholders and new strategy, "Azərnəqliyyatbank" Open Joint Stock Company proceeded to implementation of new brand policy. As a result of this process, bank was renamed to "Expressbank" Open Joint Stock Company and the bank passed state registration under new brand on 5 March 2010. Other relevant legal procedures will be completed in the nearest future. New brand of the bank briefly embodying its strategic vision, values it is based on and ambitions it sets, is a challenge for its clients. Bank presented new vision and mission report together with strategic plan for discussion of shareholders at the end of 2009. There are 13 branches of the bank, including 6 of them in the regions, are operating over the country up to present. Shareholders of the bank are local legal persons.
