Education Strategy Group is a mission-driven consulting firm specializing in K-12, higher education and workforce solutions. We believe that some of the most important work occurs at the intersections between these sectors, the key transition points young people experience as they move through our education system. We work to improve the effectiveness and impact of K-12, postsecondary, and workforce development systems through aligned policy, effective advocacy and sound implementation. We believe that all children can be successful if they are held to high expectations and provided encouragement and support from the earliest grades through college. In today's economy, students will need to be prepared to continue their education or training beyond high school to maximize their opportunities. It is our collective responsibility as educators, policymakers and community leaders to ensure that our school system delivers on that promise. Our focus areas are College- and Career-readiness, Workforce Preparation, P20 Alignment, College Completion & Success, and System Capacity & Effectiveness.
