Earth Yoga NYC is a Health and Wellness Center located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. At Earth, we focus on the mind, body, spirit connection, offering our clients a holistic approach to their overall wellness through Yoga, Meditation, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching. Clients can select from an assortment Hot and Non-Hot Yoga Classes, Meditation Sessions and Workshops, and Private Health Coaching. Earth has carefully curated these programs to fit the needs of our discrete student population, offering bespoke packages that cater to each individual’s health goals. At Earth, we understand that wellness is a journey, and are here to support our clients in a warm and nurturing environment that radiates light, love, and gratitude. Nicole Bezinski, Earth’s owner and Chief Executive has always been passionate about holistic wellness and came to yoga as a way to release from the stress of her career running global advertising agencies, while raising three children in Manhattan. Finding much solace in yoga, Nicole began delving into Ayurveda, incorporating the core principle of health through the balance of mind, body, spirit into her everyday life, and from there her journey began. Nicole left the corporate world in order to focus on building a holistic health and wellness offering, steeped in Ayurvedic principles that cater to the bio individuality of people looking to discover health and proactively prevent disease, from there, Earth Yoga NYC was born.
