Built with a business perspective always in mind – the founder has an MBA in finance, we have represented various smaller publicly-traded companies, privately-held businesses, and individuals in a variety of issues. In litigation, we have experience in representing clients before the courts at the state, federal, and appellate level, as well as in the executive branch tax courts.
