Dicon was incorporated in May of 1975 and has been active and successful in many different aspects of construction including retail & office buildings, restaurants & shopping centers, multi-family & elderly housing, educational & religious facilities, and much more. Along with the vast construction experience, Dicon has built or construction managed projects in 16 states. In addition with serving the construction needs of many of the country's top commercial and retail companies, Dicon also has worked with many local and regional clients. Their range of experience and services consist of new construction, redevelopment, historic renovation, build-to-suit, design-build, feasibility and value analysis, and project management.
