From such date, the merging company Dada S.p.A. resulting from the merger with Register.it S.p.A. and Dali Italy Bidco S.p.A. will change its name to Register S.p.A., and will take over all the assets and liabilities of Register.it S.p.A. without interruption. Update November 2017 Dali Italy Bidco S.p.A., a company headed by HgCapital, acquired the controlling interest in DADA from Libero Aquisition Srl (Orascom Group).
