Our concierge experience is tied together by an underlying technology expertise and a sleek online experience. The business is built on top of the infrastructure from a previous venture, a large global marketplace for custom items - jewelry, furniture, metalwork, and crafts. While no longer the core of the business, that marketplace is still thriving, which is why you’ll notice furniture and home goods in certain areas of the site.
