Every day, we host two guest chefs in the Cookunity kitchen, where we provide them with only the best organic and locally sourced ingredients. Chefs create daily menus, featuring the intersection of timeless classics and reimagined recipes. Each menu item provides well-balanced, nutritious meals that everyone can enjoy! Homemade meals have in average 200 calories less. We established operational innovative processes that help optimize quality and enable us to scale fast. Why is our model different? We are using the remnant inventory of chefs and kitchens to eliminate costs and scale quality. Currently available in NYC, the operation model is highly optimized and scalable.
