Our mission is to assist residents to move toward economic self-sufficiency and to strengthen the community through innovative approaches to programs including: housing, workforce development, energy conservation, social services and community and economic development. The Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. strives to prudently but creatively utilize all available resources both public and private including: local, state, and federal government; individuals, foundations, and corporations, income generated from economic development projections, private financing and private partnerships.
