Information
The Centre for Entrepreneurs is the UK’s entrepreneurship think tank. Launched in 2013 as a non-profit organisation, the Centre promotes the role of entrepreneurs in creating economic growth and social well-being. It is founded and chaired by Sunday Times columnist and serial entrepreneur, Luke Johnson and housed in the Legatum Institute. Since its launch, the Centre has championed migrant entrepreneurs, advocated in-prison entrepreneurship programmes, uncovered how entrepreneurs are reviving seaside towns, and shattered negative stereotypes affecting women entrepreneurs - among many other topics. All research publications can be downloaded for free from the Centre's website: http://centreforentrepreneurs.org/research The Centre is also the home of national enterprise campaign, StartUp Britain, which has provided inspiration and free, impartial support to tens of thousands of aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs across the country.
