Central Organics

Central Organics is a locally owned and established rural business dedicated to the organic growing and production of healthy, organic microgreens and extractions of essential oils for use and sale at the commercial and consumer level in the tri-state area and beyond. We are a small local company delivering live microgreens to fine dining establishments and creative chefs in the Omaha-Lincoln-Des Moines-Sioux City Metro area. Our farm fresh greens are not pre-cut or shipped long distances. Conversely, they are delivered still in the growing flat, colorful, nutrient-rich and bursting with flavor. Our process is wholly organic and environmentally sustainable with complete recycling of all of the products and a reduction of a nominal carbon footprint.
