By encouraging and nurturing students and artists alike, CHAW delivers a rigorous arts experience that leads to a stronger, more vibrant community—an experience that reaches beyond CHAW’s walls and opens the door to the diverse, creative, rapidly changing Capitol Hill neighborhood.
