Description
Information
Caldwell Collision is one of the few Mercedes-Benz ELITE Certified Collision Centers in the US. This highly specialized certification is known as the “pinnacle of collision service for Mercedes-Benz vehicles”. The ELITE Certification designates that we have completed extensive training specific to structural aluminum repairs at the Mercedes-Benz Collision Program training center, we have a separate clean room strictly used for structural aluminum repairs, the necessary aluminum specific tools and equipment, and the experience/expertise needed to perform these often intricate repairs. Caldwell Collision is the ELITE Certified facility servicing all of NC and SC as well as parts of Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia. See our Mercedes-Benz ELITE Certified page under “Certifications” for more information. Caldwell Collision is now a Tesla Approved Body Shop. Much like the Mercedes-Benz certification, Tesla requires our technicians undergo weeks of training specific to Tesla vehicles, specific clean room for structural repairs, specialized tools used only for Tesla vehicles, and equipment necessary to safely perform repairs on EV vehicles. We are the Tesla Approved Body Shop in the Charlotte-Metro area and we also service most of NC from the Research Triangle area down as well as all of South Carolina. See our Telsa Approved Body Shop page under “Certifications” for more information. Caldwell Collision is Ford Aluminum Certified. Our experience with aluminum and structural aluminum repairs made us an easy choice when Ford was looking for a shop in this area. We have completed all of the Ford specific aluminum training and have all of the necessary tools/equipment needed to complete any aluminum repairs. With Ford expanding their use of aluminum to the MY2017 Ford F-Series and Super Duty trucks we expect to see a greater volume of Ford trucks in the near future. See our Ford Aluminum Certifications page under “Certifications” for more information.
