Founder and president, Carmen Pascarella, CPC, started CPa because he found that an overwhelming number of practices were unable to manage their practice revenue and receivables. A/R Days of 45, 60, 90 or 120 were not the aberration, but the norm. In today’s technological environment of Practice Management Systems, EHR and EDI, at least 95% of Accounts Receivable should fall between 3 and 30 days, no excuses. CPa Medical Billing services range from electronic claims submission only to full practice management including EHR and A/R recovery.
