In addition to Property Condition Assessments and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Building Analytics provides structural/seismic evaluations, mechanical/electrical evaluations, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, ADA compliance reports, lead in paint surveys, lead in drinking water surveys and asbestos surveys. We prepare reports in a standard format or can tailor them to your specific requirements. Five and ten-year spreadsheets with projected building repair and maintenance costs are routinely provided.
