Founded in 2011, we're Houston's Most Creative Brewery. We subscribe to our own definitions regarding brewing parameters and guidelines, without sacrificing flavor or consistency. While we're focused on quality and creativity, our mission goes beyond an innovative product. Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company pays tribute to deeply traditional roots. Located within miles of the Houston skyline, right in the Arts District and Sawyer Yards, our brewery stands behind the Houston population, partnering and working towards creating a better community.
