Bubby’s Brisket has opened at the Moorestown Mall on Route 38 in Moorestown. The store sells brisket that is prepared fresh daily. “We are excited to be a part of Moorestown Mall and offer a variety of fresh brisket to the built-in audience that comes along with a mall shopping experience,” said Bubby’s Brisket owner Max Weiner of Villanova, Pa. “Brisket is the Philadelphia region’s next greatest thing after its famous cheesesteaks, and we look forward to sharing our delicious family recipes with the South Jersey community.” Bubby’s Brisket sells an array of fresh food. Menu options include the Bubby’s Brisket Sandwich, hand-carved pastrami or corned beef on rye, roast beef, fried shrimp, crab cakes, regular fries, spicy seafood fries and continental fries. The 1,017-square-foot eatery is in the mall’s food court.
