The ‘born to be builders’ Ausmar Homes story started out in 1993, from a small office in Tewantin, not far from Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast. With our strong focus on service and client satisfaction, our reputation grew and we were soon successfully building more than 200 homes every year. The Ausmar Group was created on the back of this rapid growth and demand. Ausmar Custom Build – Providing individual solutions for home owners looking for options outside our ‘off the plan' homes or where land contours require adaptation. Ausmar Commercial – Servicing all facets of commercial property development, including construction management of medium density housing, lifestyle and retirement villages as well as shop and office buildings. Ausmar Ready Build – The perfect solution for the busy family or investor, with homes that are fully completed and ready to move in to. A multi-award winning builder providing competitively priced homes to the residential market through our wide range of standard designs. The multi-facet company has been consistently recognised in our industry including taking out five regional Masters Builders awards, one State Master Builders award, three HIA awards for 2016 and a finalist for Sunshine Coast Business & Tourism Awards for Customer Service and Engagement.
