Augment Resources is just as the name describes: we provide additional resources to augment organisations needing additional support. All our Augment Professionals are pre-approved by industry experts and thoroughly vetted by our resource team before being presented to clients. We can provide project oversight, regularly engage with all of our staff and engender a culture of trust and growth. With offices across Australia and New Zealand, Augment can provide resources for any period of time and can deploy high calibre contractors quickly, utilising our extensive networks and our growing list of pre-approved contractors. Augment was formed from the meeting-of-minds of three partners, Len Blackmore, Dean Thompson and Brendon Booth. The business evolved with three key principles: * High calibre contractors shouldn’t attract exorbitant margins. * Industry experts know who other industry experts are going to love working with. * A combination of industry expertise and executive search experience is unique to the market. Founded in 2016, we have grown and tested our model steadily and are pleased to enjoy a large client and contractor base.
