Animas develops and supports coaches to help people make choices that matter. Combining virtual training with group supervision and experiential client work, you'll move from novice to competent coach over a number of months and emerge with the confidence to make a real difference in people's lives. Our Diploma in Transformative Coaching, recognised by the International Coaching Federation, the Association for Coaching, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council is ideal for aspiring full-time coaches, as well as those wishing to add coaching skills to their current profession. Our core focus is on training and supporting transformative coaches to draw on a rich tradition of theoretical and practical stances. Our coaches work in a wide range of settings from personal coaching and executive coaching to more integrative practices within psychotherapy, wellness and mental wellbeing. We take a philosophical and psychological approach to coaching that gives our coaches the ability to work with clients on some of the most important areas of their life, from relationships to health, and from career to their sense of purpose. We are driven by 3 key missions: To develop and support unique, authentic, highly-skilled coaches grounded in humanistic practice and to support them throughout their professional lives. To nurture a vibrant, diverse, international community of coaches that enables social connection, peer learning and lifelong engagement with coaching. To champion, influence and challenge the coaching profession and to help promote and grow it across the world. And above all this?
