RESOURCES DIVISION Our Resources division currently provides a range of recruitment, employment and people management services, further enhanced by a fully integrated and comprehensive human resources, administration, and payroll support system. Altara specialises in developing customised, employment solutions, in a timely and cost effective manner, ensuring we react to and support changing staffing levels and demands. We have recruited, employed and managed more than 3,500 personnel, from short term casual through to full time contracts., with 700 personnel currently employed and managed on behalf of a number of Australia’s leading businesses. CONSULTING DIVISION Altara's Consulting division provides specialised project management, compliance and auditing services, in aviation and a range of complementary industries. Our personnel are highly experienced industry professionals and subject matter experts, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Further services the Consulting Division provide include: • Safety Management System design and implementation • Development of manuals and documentation for regulation compliance i.e. CASA • Project management of Air Operator Certificate • Specialist regulatory liaison • Ongoing management of client documentation and compliance, • Aerodrome inspections and preparation of technical reports • Safety Case development • Assistance to international operators i.e. Transport Security Programs & Foreign Aircraft Air Operator Certificate FAAOC applications.
