The mission of the Aleto Foundation (previously Powerlist Foundation) is to:
1. Identify tomorrow’s leaders irrespective of their race, gender, faith or ethnicity.
2. Provide personalised opportunities and awards to accelerate development of those leaders for whom such support is not ordinarily available.
This reflects our vision to help young people, up to the age of 25, to advance in life by providing support and resources which assist in developing their skills, capabilities, talents and achievements. This will enable them to fully participate in society as independent, mature and world-class professionals by all or any of the following means:
1. Training; the provision of work experience and mentoring from outstanding role models in the community.
2. Building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we live and work.
3. Providing tools and information to assist young people in fulfilling their potential.
4. Such other means as may from time to time be determined subject to the regulations laid down by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
