Alchemy is a complete fitness program - customizable to anyone's fitness goals. Choose from three class formats: -A10 - 50 minute high-tempo class with a dynamic warm-up, 10 minute high-intensity workout, and 20 minutes of power yoga tho bring you down. -A20 - 60 minute class with a 20 minute workout in the middle - higher intensity and more complex movements will be used in these classes -Alchemy Strength - 30 Minute strength sessions that focus on one big movement and 1-2 accessory movements -Alchemy Flow - 50 minute power yoga class that will push your yoga practice to the next level in an upbeat environment, and leave you grounded and ready to take on the world.
