Acotel Group SpA is an Italy-based company operating in the information and communications technology (ITC) sector. The Company is structured into four business segments: Business to Consumer, Network Operator, Corporate and Media. It provides wireless services, which include messaging platforms for fixed and mobile telephony operators worldwide, security equipment and services for large companies and public and private organizations in Italy, and network infrastructures. In 2007, the Company released its new Internet communication service voice over internet protocol (VOIP), under the Noverca brand. The Acotel Group is an international organization that carries out its activities through a number of subsidiaries, including Acotel, A.E.M, Acotel Participations, Jinny Software, Info2cell.com, Acotel Group (Northern Europe), Acotel Do Brasil, Flycell and Flycell Telekomunikasyon Hizmetler. It operates in Italy, the United States, Brazil, the Middle East and Turkey.
