AccuChex was founded in June of 1986 by Chip Bellamy to serve and process payroll for the local businesses of Myrtle Beach, SC. During the process of investigating the payroll business we kept hearing the same repeated complaints about payroll providers from the CEO’s, CFO’s and controllers. After much research we started AccuChex Payroll Services and built the business model to create solutions to the business owner’s problems concerning people management, cashflow management, and risk alleviation. The rest is history. We started as a local payroll company in Myrtle Beach, SC to currently serving businesses in 26 states and the Virgin Islands. It is the mission of AccuChex to provide the most “state of the art” payroll services of a national company but with a personal hometown flavor. Our friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff will help inspire, educate and problem-solve the needs of our clients.
