We believe that your EAP should be a strategic component of an overall workplace wellbeing program that engages and empowers employees, encourages early intervention when issues arise and increases individual resilience to maximise workplace performance. Our extensive EAP experience combines clinical governance and rigorous assessment for implementation and continuous improvement. We align our Organisational Development approach to our Wellbeing Model and support customers in leadership development, thriving through change and teamwork & culture. We encourage customers to adopt a holistic perspective and develop improved wellbeing and positive mental health practices. Potential OD projects include leadership development; coaching; organisational surveys; career transition, management & development, as well as team building. We offer evidence-based learning sessions mapped to our Wellbeing Model with facilitators including industry qualified and experienced Psychologists, Organisational Development Consultants, Counsellors and Trainers. AccessEAP provides Australian and International coverage via an extensive network of qualified Clinical Professionals.
