About Asahi Glass Corporation - AGC Electronics America (AGCEA): AGCEA is a wholly owned, small but profitable and growing subsidiary of our parent, Asahi Glass Corporation, a $12B Japanese-owned and publicly traded company based in Tokyo. Our division was founded in 1997, and a number of our original employees remain with us. We are part of the Advanced Materials & Electronics division of AGC. What we do: We manufacture materials for the Semiconductor market. In addition, we are the channel to market for all of AGC Electronics America. We provide business development and technical expertise for key business lines (Glass Frit, SiC, Fused Silica, CMP, Cover Glass and related Chemicals) for AGC's North American and European markets.
