Founded in 2011, ACRE is a global real estate private equity firm and owner-operator managing capital for institutional and family office investors through a series of private equity and debt funds. ACRE is a specialist investor in rental housing including multifamily workforce and affordable housing across the US. Since inception, ACRE has acquired and managed over 22,000 apartments across 78 properties and has successfully transacted on approximately $2.9 billion of private real estate investments. ACRE is vertically-integrated and leverages its property, asset and construction management divisions to originate off-market transactions, assist in due diligence and enhance investment decisions. In a downside scenario, ACRE has the ability to leverage its platform to promptly take over and manage any distressed investments. The Firm has generated a successful investment track record across both equity and credit portfolios with zero historical defaults and returns of 15-20%+ gross IRR. ACRE Housing PE - ACRE manages a series of vertically integrated private equity fund vehicles, focused on value-add, lease up multifamily and built to rent properties across the United States. The strategy seeks medium-term capital appreciation and current income through control-oriented investments. ACRE Credit - Targets multifamily credit opportunities, consisting of income-producing loans at attractive risk-adjusted returns. ACRE Credit Fund makes private credit loans to experienced and institutional grade borrowers secured by well-located stabilized, value-add multifamily, affordable housing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity. ACRE Special Situations - ACRE Special Situations originates investments that sit outside of our discretionary fund vehicle mandates. Current investments include a Korean asset manager, an institutional build-to-rent multifamily platform in the United Kingdom and a ground up development of a master planned community in South Florida.
